Behind the lens, you'll find me, Kristin Soeder. A wife, step mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and photographer. I have been taking photographs for much of my life. As a child my camera went everywhere with me. I was always looking for the PERFECT shot. I love to take pictures of landscapes and architecture as well as people. The children that I once nannied for knew that wherever we were going, a camera was always along to capture all the memories. In 2000, I received a SLR and immediately was out taking shots of scenery, people, architecture, sporting events, you name it, I shot it. I graduated from my SLR to a digital SLR for quicker results and less cost in the film and developing. My photography helps to remind me of all the great moments we have. As I sit and watch my step children play, I am reminded of how time flies. Each day brings new adventures, and because time passes so quickly, I try to capture so many moments. My goal in taking your photos is to capture the real you. The personality that you have, not the posed and perfect. My goal is for you to have wonderful photos that you can look at later and tell a story about. Something you often wouldn’t be able to do with studio portraits.
